Monsieur Touton Selection, Ltd., hosted a wine dinner showcasing the wines of Louis Latour at the Stamford Yacht Club on June 9. Eléonore Latour, Vice President and 12th-generation winemaker of the Latour family, was in attendance to present the featured wines to guests. Yacht Club members enjoyed a multicourse dinner prepared by Executive Chef Alan Dancyger and the venue’s culinary team, paired with Louis Latour Pernand-Vergelesses 1er Cru En Caradeux and Marsannay Rouge, and truffles from Sabatino. For more than 200 years and through 11 generations, Domaine Louis Latour remains family-run and is the largest Grand Cru Domaine in Burgundy, where it creates its renowned French wines. Eléonore Latour was appointed as Vice President of Maison Louis Latour and its U.S. subsidiary in March 2024.
