
Monsieur Touton Selection, Ltd., continued its Instagram Live education series on June 11, highlighting Maison Tesseron’s Tesseron Cognac and Château Pontet-Canet wine. The online event featured guest Alfred Tesseron and his son, Noé Tesseron, who heads Maison Tesseron in Châteauneuf-sur-Charente, France. The Tesserons gave an educational background about Cognac and discussed the history of Maison Tesseron, including how the Cognac is made and blended with techniques practiced by the family since the 19th century. Highlighted were Tesseron Cognac Lot No. 29 X.O. Exception, a blend of rare Grand Champagne and aged over three generations; Tesseron Cognac Lot No. 53 X.O. Perfection, aged in oak for one generation; Tesseron Lot No. 76 X.O. Tradition, aged for two generations in oak; Tesseron Extreme; and Tesseron Cognac Composition, a Cognac crafted for its fine blending capabilities in cocktails. Tesseron also owns Château Pontet-Canet wine.
