Monsieur Touton Portfolio Highlighted at Culinary Showcase

Monsieur Touton Selection, Ltd., showcased a collection of fine wines and spirits at a dine-around event at Innis Arden Golf Club in Old Greenwich on Jan. 6. During the 28th annual Club Management Association of America Connecticut Chapter Culinary Showcase, executive chef-led teams from local restaurants created signature dishes for guests to sample paired with wine and spirits as they enjoyed the walk-around tasting. The culinary team with the Best in Show dish took home the coveted Golden Toque trophy. Proceeds from the event benefited Stamford Hospital’s pediatric care unit and David’s Treasure Chest, the pediatric care unit’s toy chest.
