
MS Walker of Rhode Island hosted a Halloween-themed breast cancer fundraiser at its Warren headquarters on Oct. 27. The team went “pink,” and a host of other colors, in its annual effort to raise money and awareness for breast cancer research with raffles and donations to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. The company hosted a lunch with plenty of Halloween treats and a costume contest. October was Breast Cancer Awareness Month, an annual campaign to raise awareness about the impact of breast cancer, as well as to raise funds for national and local research and to support organizations. The team raised $1,600, with all proceeds going to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
