“Ben” Puri traveled to Garrison Brothers Distillery in Hye, Texas, on July 22 to select a private barrel blend for his stores, Full of Spirit Package Store in Groton and North Stonington Package Store. Garrison Brothers, owned by brothers Dennis and Dan Garrison, is the first and oldest legal whiskey distillery in Texas and where it produces its award-winning Garrison Brothers Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey and Garrison Brothers Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
