Fords Gin was the featured spirit during the competition. Fords Gin is a mix of nine botanicals including juniper and coriander seeds, citrus offerings like bitter orange, lemon and grapefruit peel, as well as jasmine flower, orris, angelica and cassia spices. The botanicals are steeped for 15 hours.
