Opici Family Distributing of Connecticut welcomed new domestic and imported selections from BBC Spirits: Fuyu Mizunara Whisky, Fuyu Blended Japanese Whisky, Etsu Handcrafted Japanese Gin, Fujimi Handcrafted Japanese Vodka, Kiyomi Japanese Rum, Tokyo Nights Japanese Vodka and Tokyo Nights Japanese Gin among them. The curated portfolio comes from founders Bogdan and Bertrand, who in 2010 opened BBC Wines and Spirits in Bordeaux, France, first with a strong focus on Asian spirits then expanding as traveling the world revealed “hidden treasures” that were little known or in need of recognition, including offerings from North America, the Caribbean and more. It exports more than 60 products to 30 countries worldwide and currently works with 15 partner distillers to promote its spirits internationally.
