In Oregon, 2016 was a fantastic year for grape-growing—a warm summer and dry fall guaranteed full ripeness. The Pinot Noir grapes for PINO Rosé came predominantly from the Willamette Valley; direct-pressing the whole clusters helps achieve a light color and delicate fruit flavors, preserved by cold fermentation. Flavors of strawberry, cranberry, and raspberry complement naturally crisp acidity, resulting in broad flexibility with food. Marketed by Bronco Wine Co.
