Guests at the 2025 Newport Winter Festival enjoyed the Polar Pineapples outdoor ice bar at Newport Harbor Island Resort on Feb. 19-23. For the ninth year since the ice bar’s debut, visitors were offered craft cocktails, hot beverages, beer and more while enjoying views of Narragansett Bay and Newport Harbor. Showcased drinks were the Polar Doli, a house-made pineapple-infused vodka, and a Coconut Martini, made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Malibu and cream of coconut, with a toasted coconut rim.
