Media and guests enjoyed a preview of the Safari Tent Scotch and Cigar Tasting Experience, featuring Laphroaig Scotch expressions and Cohiba handcrafted cigars, on June 17 at the Preserve Sporting Club in Richmond. Nestled in the scenic landscape of the club’s 3,500 acres, the imaginative pop-up, created by Ocean House Collection, offers curated private luxury and escape. Senior Ambassador of Scotch Heritage Simon Brooking from Laphroaig and Brand Ambassador Sean Williams from Cohiba were on hand during the launch and tasting event, alongside Preserve Sporting Club Owner Paul Mihailides. The new Safari Tent Scotch and Cigar Tasting Experience is believed to be the first one of its kind in the country.

- The Safari Tent Scotch and Cigar Tasting Experience at the Preserve Sporting Club consists of two well-appointed luxury tents, each with comfortable seating, rich wood floors with oriental rugs, large lanterns, wood plank ceilings and curated artwork.
- A glass of Laphroaig Scotch sits inside a luxury tent. Laphroaig premium single malt Scotch whisky is one of only a few producers that still uses traditional malting floors and dries and infuses its own malt in old peat-fired kilns. It is the only single malt Scotch whisky to bear a Royal Warrant bestowed by HRH Prince Charles.
- Alight for the evening, outside the tents are a wood-burning fire pit, Adirondack chairs and pillows.
