
On January 8, 2016, Solun Tapas in Woodbridge welcomed Slocum & Sons management and sales representatives for an educational training session led by Felix Jimenez, the U.S. Brand Ambassador and Business Development Manager of Gil Family Estates. Jimenez led a discussion about the nine vineyards Gil Family Estates owns in Spain, the climate and topography of the vineyards, as well as flavor profiles of the wine and the culture of Spain, while Solun Tapas offered a special menu to showcase the wines.
