Slocum & Sons added three bitters from Luxardo, Italy’s premier liqueur producer: Sour Cherry Bitters, Chamomile Bitters and Coffee Bitters, each sold in 200-ml bottles. This is the first time that the iconic distillery has released cocktail bitters in the U.S. Luxardo Sour Cherry is a sophisticated blend that brings depth and complexity to cocktails, infused with the famous Luxardo Maraschino cherry juice. Luxardo Chamomile is a meticulously crafted infusion of chamomile flowers for a rich, floral aroma, perfectly balanced by a gentle bitterness and a lingering hint of honey sweetness. Luxardo Coffee delivers a rich and aromatic profile, combining the deep, robust flavors of freshly brewed coffee with subtle hints of spice and a balanced bitterness. Founded in 1821 by Girolamo Luxardo, the company is still family-owned and managed by the fifth, sixth and seventh generations of the Luxardo family. Luxardo is based in Torreglia, located in the Veneto region in northeastern Italy. In 2024, Luxardo launched a full line of aromatic bitters to further round out its amazing portfolio of cocktail products.
