
Santa Margherita sparkling wines were showcased by Brescome Barton during a sparkling cocktail competition at Oak Haven Table & Bar on February 5. Local bartenders competed for prizes using Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore and Santa Margherita Sparkling Rosé as main ingredients in their creations. Evan Vazquez of Shell & Bones Oyster Bar and Grill won first place, Moises Ramirez of Ordinary took home the second-place prize and Chanteun Thanh of Que Whiskey Kitchen took home third place based on judging selections and criteria. Jenny Kim of Bonchon won the People’s Choice Award.
