Bunratty Meade and Irish Whiskey.
F&F Distributors, Inc., welcomed new imports Bunratty Meade and Irish Whiskey to its portfolio. Bunratty Meade is a traditional wine, produced from an ancient Irish recipe of pure honey, fruit of the vine and natural herbs. At 14.7% ABV, it is medium sweet with notes of spiced rum and a slight hint of honeyed sweetness. Bunratty Winery is the only commercial winery in Ireland, with its mead first crafted by Irish monks in the Middle Ages. At 43% ABV, Bunratty Irish Whiskey is aged more than four years in a combination of bourbon, Oloroso sherry and virgin oak casks. Its golden amber hue is imparted from the virgin oak barrels, with no added coloring. The premium blend of Irish whiskey features the finest grains and triple-distilled malt, and the slight, gentle balance of peated malt. On its label is Bunratty Castle, a 15th-century tower house in County Clare, Ireland, located in the center of Bunratty village with its products made at the historic Bunratty Distillery.
