
The University Club in Providence combined its Rosé Soirée with Derby Day in a celebration for its members on May 3. Representatives from distributors were on-site pouring a variety of rosés, including selections from MS Walker, who showcased Scarpetta Brut Rosé Timido, Pasqua 11 Minutes Rosé, Spinetta 24 Rosé Casanova and Forever Young Rosé. Mint Juleps and a variety of canapés were served to festively attired guests, who readied to watch the 151st annual Run for the Roses. A premier gathering place set in a historical environment, The University Club was founded in 1899 for literary, scientific, artistic, athletic and social pursuits, hosting member and private events on the grounds.
