The Savory Grape team welcomed a March visit from Vittorio Zoppi, Owner of Antica Torino Vermouth, based in Turin, Italy. Zoppi showcased his vermouth in a cocktail, “An Italian in New York,” also made with amaro and Peroni beer, and educated guests about Italian Vermouth and the Antica Torino brand in particular. Vittorio Zoppi and Filippo Antonelli founded the Antica Torino company to offer traditional aromatized wines, liqueurs and spirits from Piedmont, creating new recipes inspired by traditional ones. The first product is a Vermouth di Torino Rosso. Antica Torino Vermouth is available in the state via Best Beverage.
