Votto Vines welcomed new spirits to its Connecticut portfolio in May from San Antonio, Texas’ Rebecca Creek Distillery. Founded in October 2009 by Steve Ison, the high-quality spirits in the ultra-premium category are crafted using pure limestone-filtered water from its namesake creek. Rebecca Creek Fine American Blended Whiskey is a blend of aged whiskeys and bourbons, and Texas Ranger Coconut Pecan Flavored Whiskey, a flavored blended whiskey with subtle hints of maple and roasted nuts, with clear nuances of coconut, is finished with a proprietary chill filtration process. Also from Rebecca Creek comes Ultra Premium Enchanted Rock Texas Vodka, 40% ABV, and Ultra Premium Enchanted Rock Pink Lemonade Vodka, 35% ABV, which are handcrafted flavored vodkas, made in small batches with limestone-filtered artesian water for a refreshingly smooth, clean and crisp taste. The vodkas are produced in small handcrafted batches using a copper distillation system, undergoing the functional equivalent of 10 distillations to produce a clean, neutral base while retaining the sweetness that comes from the use of premium Midwestern corn.
