
Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in West Hartford collaborated with Connecticut Distributors, Inc., for a pairing dinner featuring selections from Hartford Family Winery on March 13. Special guest Hailey Hartford Murray gave guests a background of her family’s winery while they enjoyed a five-course meal prepared by Chef Headley Wilson and his culinary team at Fleming’s. During the evening, guests enjoyed Hartford Court Russian River Valley Chardonnay, Hartford Court Four Hearts Vineyards Russian River Valley Chardonnay, Hartford Court Russian River Valley Pinot Noir, Hartford Court Land’s Edge Vineyards Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir, Hartford Court Outer Limits Vineyard Sonoma Coast Syrah and Hartford Old Vine Zinfandel. Sonoma County’s Hartford Family Winery is family-owned and -operated and is renowned for its single-vineyard Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Old Vine Zinfandel. Each vintage in its Hartford Court and Hartford lines offers distinctive flavor profiles from grapes grown in its unique vineyards in the Russian River area.
