
A bourbon pairing dinner at Ὰvert in West Hartford showcased brands from within the Brescome Barton portfolio on March 7. Guests enjoyed a six-course meal prepared by Executive Chef Ryan Van Grouw and his culinary team, each paired with bourbon tastes alongside cocktails with each featured spirit. During the evening, guests learned about and tasted through Maker’s Mark French Oaked 46 Bourbon Whisky, Michter’s Sour Mash Whiskey, Knob Creek 12 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Milam & Greene Port Cask Finished Rye, Penelope Architect Bourbon and Basil Hayden Dark Rye Whiskey.
