Connecticut Distributors, Inc. (CDI), hosted a financial workshop at its Stratford office on March 14, organized by the Women in Wine group through the company’s Wine, Inspire, Network, and Engage (WINE) resource initiative. The session was led by former investment adviser Vanessa Alward, Field Sales Manager, Anchor Division, CDI, who covered key financial topics, including retirement account basics, portfolio diversification, 401(k) investing and available investment accounts, with the goal to foster mentorship, unity and connection in a supportive, inclusive environment. WINE aims to empower women and allies within CDI by providing opportunities to learn, grow and thrive.
