Ventrice’s original cocktail was the “Kyushiki,” which translates to “Old Fashioned” in Japanese. The cocktail featured 2 oz. of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked, 1 oz. Angostura Amaro, ½ oz. Black Sugar Syrup, 1 dash of angostura bitters and 1 dash Abbot’s Bitters, stirred. Serve in a coupe glass with an orange peel garnish.
