
Hartford Flavor Company created The Bee in the Bonnet, a farm-to-glass summer cocktail for visitors to “cool down with” at its tasting room. The Bee in the Bonnet is made with Wild Moon Cucumber Liqueur and Propolis Bitters made from local honey at Stonewall Apiary in Hanover. Hartford Flavor Company is located in Hartford at 30 Arbor Street for tours and tastes, where it produces its Wild Moon Liqueur line.
