In celebration of Women’s History Month, the Rhode Island Hospitality Association (RIHA) hosted a Women in Hospitality cocktail reception and networking event at 10 Rocks Tapas Bar & Restaurant in Pawtucket on March 9. Hosted by 10 Rocks Tapas Bar & Restaurant Owner Carmen Monteiro, guests enjoyed cocktails and conversation along with the venue’s infused tapas, cocktails, live music and ambiance, all influenced by the culture of Monteiro’s native Cape Verde.
