New Irish imports from Ace Distributing: Copeland Distillery Irish Whiskey, Navy Strength Gin, Rhuberry Gin and Smugglers Reserve Rum.

Ace Distributing recently brought in new Irish imports from Copeland Distillery, including its Irish Whiskey, Navy Strength Gin, Rhuberry Gin and Smugglers Reserve Rum. Located on the East Coast in Donaghadee, County Down, Copeland Distillery is a craft producer of award-winning spirits. New to Connecticut is Copeland’s Irish Whiskey, a blend of three whiskeys—grain whiskey, double-distilled and triple-distilled malts—aged in four different casks, delivering a complex nose and smooth taste. Navy Strength Gin is an award-winning gin, aged in Kentucky bourbon casks for 120 days and Oloroso sherry casks for 20 days, giving it a hint of bourbon, spice from the sherry and a natural caramel color. Rhuberry Gin is distilled with locally sourced rhubarb and blackberries, offering a hint of sweetness from natural fruit. Lastly, Smugglers Reserve Rum is a dark rum from Barbados distilled at Copeland. It is aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels, then aged with Copeland Pinot Noir in quarter bourbon casks.
