Drinx Unlimited and Cask Republic hosted a six-course pairing dinner featuring beers from Portland, Maine’s Allagash Brewing Company. The event was held at the restaurant’s Stamford location on January 19, 2015 to a full house. Alllagash New England Sales Manager Matt Welch led the evening while Cask Republic chefs paired Allagash’s Saison, Fluxus, James Bean, Golden Brett, Nancy, Interlude and Bourbon Black to their special menu.
