Centerbrook’s Angelini Wines launched its new packaging of Angelini Pinot Grigio and Angelini Pinot Noir IGT. Artwork used for the labels and shippers was inspired by Ethan Angelini, who was nine years old at the time of creation. Owner Julius Angelini noticed one of his art-loving son’s drawings one day. “I thought the picture was interesting. It had vibrant colors and wonderful energy. It occurred to me that it would make a good label,” said Julius Angelini. “What makes this friendly, colorful artwork so special is that it is an abstract. The interpretation is left up to the viewer. This is true also for wine. Wine is subjective. Wine affects each person uniquely just like art. Each bottle has its own composition and story to tell.” The newly packaged wines are from Italy’s northeast Veneto region.
