Angelini Wine, Ltd., offers two new Italian imports from Marotti Campi: 2018 Marotti Campi Verdicchio Superiore Luzano DOC and 2018 Marotti Campi Lacrima di Morro D’Alba “Rubico” DOC. In the mid-19th century, the Marotti family purchased the land in Sant’Amico, part of Italy’s Le Marche region, and it remains a 100% family-owned vineyard today. Marotti Campi is situated near the medieval village of Morro d’Alba and the estate totals 120 hectares, of which most is planted with the two indigenous varieties of Lacrima and Verdicchio. Marotti Campi creates fresh examples of these ancient varieties through its wine.
