
Two Roads Brewing Company, in collaboration with Watertown’s The Local Sixty-Three, hosted a 420-themed beer dinner on April 20. Hosted by John Zuluaga, Sales Representative, Two Roads Brewing Company, and Lauren Hansen, Co-owner, The Local Sixty-Three, the 420 Epic Munchies Edition dinner served up four courses of creative and fun renditions of comfort foods prepared by the culinary team at The Local Sixty-Three, each paired with a different Two Roads brew. Courses included Snack Attack Charcuterie, a charcuterie spread featuring cheese from Oakville cheese shop New Curds on the Block; Late Night Takeout, featuring favorite foods when ordering in; Family Cookout, elevated family picnic favorites like macaroni and cheese and beer battered fish from Oakville’s To the Gills fish market; and dessert was Frosting Fondue, cookies, fruit and other sweets dipped in Funfetti frosting. During the evening, guests enjoyed Two Roads Ol’ Factory Pilsner, Cloud Sourced IPA, Cruise Control Helles Lager and Lushee Passion Fruit Sour.
