Hub & Spoke in Bridgeport hosted Asylum Distillery for a brand education session with area bartenders on August 29. The event enabled industry professionals to learn about each of the distillery’s locally made products, sample the spirits and create cocktails. “We hope to create other similar opportunities on a regular basis throughout Fairfield County,” said Asylum Distillery’s Neil Doocy. Located in Bridgeport, the distillery offers Asylum Gin, Vodka, Ginger Zap, a ginger-infused vodka, Corn Whiskey and Fifth State Whiskey, and also hosts tastings and tours for guests and trade professionals.
