Connecticut Distributors, Inc. (CDI) launched Beagans 1806, a line of spirit-based, ready-to-drink, award-winning canned cocktails in a range of 12.5% to 20% ABV. The idea for Beagans canned cocktails came from Mike West, Director of Beverage Development at California-based LeVecke Corporation, a global producer of wine, beer and spirits. Beagans translates in Gaelic as “small one” and 1806 is the year the cocktail was born. Celebrating perfectly portioned classic libations packed in ready-to-drink cans, the bar-quality beverages provide a craft-strength cocktail experience with five different flavors to choose from in the state market: Margarita, Mojito, Bloody Mary, Allies Mule and Coffee & Cream. Beagans 1806 six-can multi-packs will be coming soon to the local market in four options: Vodka Pack, Whiskey Pack, Party Mix and All-Day Pack, each a themed offering of the full 11 flavor expressions available.
