Following the retirement of Jeff Cichocki, Bonterra Organic Estates appointed Margaret Leonardi-Pruett as Senior Winemaker for the Bonterra Collection, joining Winemaker Sebastian Donso, who leads Bonterra’s Single Vineyards and Regenerative Organic Certified Estate Collections. Leonardi-Pruett most recently served as winemaker for fellow Concha y Toro USA brand Fetzer, bringing approximately 15 years of winemaking experience to the line. Shet joined the company in 2015 and most recently served as Head Winemaker for Fetzer, becoming the first woman to lead the brand’s winemaking team in its more than 50-year history. Additionally, the Bonterra Collection is receiving an updated label, highlighting the brand’s commitment to biodiversity with depictions of the flora and fauna found on the Bonterra estate.
