Brescome Barton and Worldwide Wines hosted the 11th annual Charity Golf Outing in support of the Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation (MC-LEF) at the New Haven Country Club on Sept. 11. Golfers enjoyed a full day, which included a luncheon, sponsored beverage brand tasting stations, raffles and prizes, a cocktail reception and a presentation from MC-LEF leadership. MC-LEF is a 501(c)(3) charity that provides educational assistance to the children of fallen United States Marines and federal law enforcement personnel. “Thank you all for your support of the 11th annual Brescome Barton Charity Golf outing in support of the Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation,” said Gene Sepe, CEO and President, Brescome Barton. “We had such an amazing day, even the rain couldn’t hold us back. For those unable to attend, you were missed, but your support is so appreciated.” Since it was founded in 1995, MC-LEF has provided $91.3 million to children, which is the equivalent of 4,778 recipients served.
