The annual Newport Mansions Wine & Food Festival will kick off with the Bordeaux Grand Cru Dinner at the Elms on Thursday, Sept. 20, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. Guests will have the chance to experience a French-inspired evening reminiscent of the Guilded Age. After Champagne and canapés and a mansion tour, guests will be served a five-course dinner with wine pairings from the five legendary Bordeaux properties. The annual Greenwich Wine + Food Festival is a multi-day event highlights the national, international and local food and beverage industry and features demos from multiple celebrity chefs. This year’s guests include Chefs Daniel Boulud, Adam Richman, Mary Giuliani, Scott Conant and Alex Guarnaschelli. The event benefits multiple charitable organizations, including the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, the Town of Greenwich Parks & Recreation Foundation and Ment’or.
