Connecticut Distributors, Inc. (CDI), hosted a bourbon- and cigar-pairing dinner featuring whiskeys from the Constellation Brands portfolio at Matto Wine Bar in Shelton in October. During the Toasts & Smokes Whiskey Dinner, guests were treated to a smoked Old-Fashioned cocktail featuring High West Bourbon upon arrival. During the evening, guests enjoyed four courses of cuisine, each paired with an exclusive pour of Nelson’s Green Brier Tennessee Whiskey and Copper & King’s Butchertown Brandy, concluding with Robert Mondavi Private Selection Bourbon Barrel-Aged Cabernet. Guests were treated to hand-rolled cigars from Connecticut Cigar Company to pair with whiskey selections and received a unique cigar ashtray and whiskey holder as a gift to conclude the evening.
