
Connecticut Distributors, Inc. (CDI), in collaboration with Suntory Global Spirits, showcased a whiskey-pairing dinner at Glastonbury’s Birch Hill Tavern on Nov. 19. Guests enjoyed five courses of cuisine prepared by the culinary team at Birch Hill Tavern each paired with a different whiskey or cocktail. Stephen Drew, Connecticut Territory Manager, Suntory Global Spirits, introduced each featured spirit to guests during the dinner. During the evening, guests tasted Baker’s Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Baker’s Limited Release High Rye Bourbon, Booker’s Bourbon, Legent Yamazaki Cask Finish Blend and a special barrel of Booker’s The Beam House Batch.
