Charter Oak Brewing Co. hosted multiple Christmas-themed celebrations in December, including a visit with Santa on Dec. 17 and a family holiday singalong on Dec. 23. Charter Oak Brewing Co., located in historic Danbury, offered guests live music, local brews and more. During the family-friendly pre-Christmas festivities, visitors to the taproom and brewery enjoyed tastes of flagship brands such as 1687 Brown Ale, Royal Charter Pale Ale, and Wadsworth IPA and its limited-release Holiday Ale, while there was hot cocoa and cookies for the kids. Charter Oak was recently voted the Best of Connecticut Winner in the Best Breweries in CT category by Connecticut magazine. The family holiday singalong was led by the Billy Michael Band.
