Danbury’s Charter Oak Brewing Co. and Taproom hosted its annual OAKtoBEERfest Celebration on Sept. 15. More than 500 guests stopped by the brewery to enjoy 10 Oktoberfest-inspired craft beers from Charter Oak, including Kölsch, Wit Beer, Helles Lager, Dunkel Lager, Stout and Wadsworth IPA. Festivalgoers enjoyed live music including a German band, grilled brats marinated in Charter Oak’s 1687 Brown Ale among other food options, raffles and more throughout the afternoon festivities.
