This holiday season, Cointreau and the Independent Restaurant Coalition are partnering to help restaurants and bars across the U.S. The Cosmo for a Cause returns for its second year of fundraising. Cointreau’s classic orange liqueur is the highlight ingredient in the iconic cocktail recipe. From Nov. 16th through Dec. 31st, Cointreau will donate to the Independent Restaurant Coalition up to $100,000 for every order of a Cosmopolitan cocktail at participating restaurants or Instagram post tagging #CosmosForACause and @Cointreau_us.  The Independent Restaurant Coalition (IRC) was formed by chefs and independent restaurant owners across the country. Its members have built a grassroots movement to secure vital protections for the nation’s 500,000 independent restaurants and the more than 11 million restaurant workers impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
