WHAT: Local bartenders and brands will create specialty cocktails for guests. Justin Morales and Chef Ben Dubow are coordinating the evening’s pop-up community cocktail event. All tips will be donated to the Manchester Area Conference of Churches (MACC) charity, which provides emergency assistance to people in need of basic necessities. Cocktails include creations such as Queen Bees Knees featuring Litchfield Distillery Barrel Aged Gin, The Bistro Boulevardier, Sazerac, Diki Diki featuring Hartford Flavor Company’s Wild Moon Rose Liqueur and White Chocolate Pistachio.
