Murphy Distributors added Dillon’s Small Batch spirits to its Connecticut offerings. Made in the Niagara region of Canada, the distillery uses local ingredients and practices sustainability across its operations. Its close proximity to ingredients and materials means substantially less fuel and resource consumption attributed to its production, using fruit and botanicals, and grains and herbs from nearby farms. New offerings include Dillon’s Unfiltered Gin 22, distilled from a Niagara grape base and infused with 22 botanicals; Dillon’s Rose Gin, a London-style gin infused with rosehips and rose petals; Dillon’s Dry Gin 7, made with seven botanicals and a rye base, bottled at a high ABV; and Dillon’s Vodka.
