
Horizon Beverage Co. of Rhode Island welcomed the Dogfish Head team during a tap takeover and launch of the new Patagonia Provisions Kernza Pils limited-release beer at Mews Tavern in Wakefield on May 26. Iconic craft beer advocate Sam Calagione, Founder and President of Delaware-based Dogfish Head Craft Brewery and Distilling Co., joined the sales team for the celebration, which featured Dogfish Head SeaQuench Ale, voted best Low-Calorie Beer in Men’s Health Editor’s Choice Low Cal Beer Awards, Kernza Pils, a collaborative brew by Patagonia Provisions and Dogfish Head, and Dogfish Head Distilling Co. Blood Orange & Mango Vodka Crush. Dogfish Head is now part of The Boston Beer Company, best known for its Samuel Adams brand, which launched in 1984.
