The award-winning cuisine team from Present Company, led by Chef/Owner Jeff Lizotte, hosted a Duckhorn Vineyards wine dinner at the Farmington Polo Club on Oct. 7. The five-course gourmet meal under tents on the polo grounds showcased pairings from Duckhorn Vineyards, who have been crafting distinctive Bordeaux wine varietals, including Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc for over 40 years. Its Decoy line offers Sonoma County and Napa Valley-quality wines at an accessible price point. The renowned California wines served included Duckhorn Brut Cuvée Sparkling Wine, Duckhorn Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley 2018, Duckhorn Chardonnay Napa Valley 2018, Decoy Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast 2019, Duckhorn Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2018 and Paraduxx Red Blend Napa Valley 2018.
