Eder Bros. hosted a tasting featuring Aldez Tequila at Tequila Mockingbird in New Canaan on December 13. Guests met Aldez Tequila Founder Manuel Aczualdez and enjoyed appetizers from Tequila Mockingbird while tasting the tequila’s three expressions: Aldez Tequila Blanco, Reposado and Añejo. Aldez Tequila is handcrafted from 100% certified USDA organic blue agave from the lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico.
