Two of America’s leading family owned and operated wineries jointly announced that Foley Family Wines has purchased Oregon’s Acrobat wine brand from King Estate Winery in Eugene, Oregon. The two families believe that this transaction “marks one of the most important to date for the growing Oregon wine industry.” The Acrobat brand is best known for producing award-winning Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris varietal wines that showcase the complexity of Oregon’s emerging wine growing regions. King Estate will remain independently owned by the King family.
