Foolproof Brewing Co. of Pawtucket celebrated its fifth anniversary at its annual Barrel Reserve Night event on December 16, 2017. Rare and barrel-aged beer offerings, along with brews from the 2017 beer lineup, were available for tasting, including Foolproof’s Fifth Anniversary Barley Wine, Vanilla Espresso Raincloud Porter, SO(u)L Fermented Russian Imperial Stout, Whiskey Barrel-Aged Braggot and Pirate’s Dream Rum Barrel-Aged Russian Imperial Stout. Foolproof’s regular year-round and seasonal beer offerings were also available. The first 150 ticket-purchasers received a specialty glass to commemorate the event. Food was provided by Walrus and Carpenter Oysters, the Rocket Street Food Truck, Narragansett Creamery and D’Licious Desserts.
