Anya Restaurant in Thompson welcomed guests to a Garrison Brothers Single Barrel Tasting Dinner on November 1, 2018. Three cask-strength private selection bourbons and Cowboy Bourbon 2018 were paired with a four-course dinner. Dan Garrison, Owner of Garrison Brothers Distillery, Hye, Texas; Irene Tan, Whisk(e)y Sommelier and Co-owner Brooklyn Northeast Wine & Spirits in Brooklyn; and Dave Blanck, Craft Spirits of Craft Beer Guild Distributing of CT/Blueprint Spirits Division educated guests throughout the evening event.
