In the Mixology Lab in the Cuisinart Center for Culinary Excellence at
Johnson & Wales University’s Providence campus, spirits, liqueurs,
cocktails and mixology principles are discussed within a cultural, historical and business context. The bottles may be filled with water of various colors, but the recipes and discussion are based on the authentic beverages.
