Bully Boy Rum was highlighted during a trade tasting and Tiki Takeover event at The Beamhouse in Glastonbury on Aug. 2. Jesse Hemingway, Market Manager, Bully Boy Distillers, was in attendance to lead guests through an education and tasting of Bully Boy’s rums, which include Bully Boy Boston Rum, The Rum Cooperative and White Rum. Then, The Beamhouse’s bartending team took part in a Tiki Takeover, creating a variety of Tiki drinks for guests featuring Bully Boy Rum, such as Doug’s Daiquiri, Sling Thing, Castaway, Mango Tango, Clarified Piña Colada and Malihini Bar-Bar. Boston’s first distillery since Prohibition, Bully Boy Distillers crafts an award-winning spirits line that includes whiskey, rum, gin, vodka, amaro, and canned and bottled ready-to-drink cocktails.
