
Bearitage 2015 Sauvignon Blanc, grown in the Lodi AVA, was cold-fermented and finished in stainless steel tanks. This oak-free approach lets winemaker Val Haraszthy keep the wine crisp, with the clean, almost tangy minerality the grape is known for. Best served chilled, this 100-percent Sauvignon Blanc is approachable, with aromas and flavors of lemon, tropical lime and green apples.
