Tasting panel guests were provided with over a dozen unique spirit expressions, who in turn provided tasting notes back to the team at Hartford Flavor Company.

Hartford Flavor Company, makers of Wild Moon Liqueurs, Wild Moon Botanics, and its most recent releases, Hartford Flavor Company Organic Vodka and Hartford Flavor Company Vanilla Vodka, conducted two evenings of tasting panels on March 16 and 17 at the company’s 30 Arbor Street location. The public was invited to taste over a dozen potential new vodkas and liqueurs while providing tasting notes and thoughts on the presented expressions. Hartford Flavor Company’s Co-founder and Maker Lelaneia Dubay said of the two sessions, “It was fun to have our super-fans come in and provide their taste buds and thoughts on some of the [R&D] spirits we have been working on for the past year or so. We have done a couple of these panels over our seven years, and we really look forward to them and utilize the feedback to guide our decisions on what to produce next. There were a handful of favorites, and we are sure at least a couple of them will be future products that will be found on retail shelves and in bars across our distribution footprint.”
